Thank you for taking the time to view this webpage! The works below are the summation of many years of work. While most of my efforts went into the now-dead Rishatha Campaign, I am currently writing fiction for several different universes. All of these campaigns and stories are written with the 3rd Edition of Starfire in mind. See below for a brief summary and their status:
Armageddon War: A very important short story background, the Armageddon War takes place in the official Starfire universe and it is also the backbone for my new Skymarshal ezine. I will be working hard at developing this storyline and it will be MY official background for the 3rd Edition game. Continuing short stories……
Axis Powers: My current fiction section, the Axis Powers setting will enable me to explore more of my writing abilities. Hope you enjoy the background materials. Short stories coming soon!
Grand Empire: My new game starting in January 2004, I hope to gain 5 players to fight out this civil war. New campaign….
Great Bug Hunt: A failed campaign due to a serious neck injury, this exciting war featured Todd Kes playing the Bugs and was amazing for its amount of variation. While Troy Cash and Kam Bearguy built stupendous empires to take the battle to the Bugs. It was during this game that I grew in my hatred for the Bug tactic of “Swarm Fleets”.
N’Rog Federation: A failed game that didn’t make it past turn one, it was however the most fun I ever had in a game. I had 15 players and enabled them to chat real-time with the NPRs (me) and each other. Oh how the threats and counter-threats flew! I would love to again set up a large group of players and let them revile each other via IM again! WOO HOO! Many new technologies were also developed during this game (see files section for more).
Pact of Humanity: A fiction write up I began after the N’Rog failure, this series of short stories are based on a couple of books written about a future human empire and its’ imminent collapse. I enjoyed writing in this universe very much and spent a great deal of effort to make short stories believable and realistic. Enjoy!
Rishatha Campaign: My most successful game, the Rishatha Campaign lasted over a year and involved 12-15 players. During this campaign my players and I developed most to the alternate technologies seen on this webpage. Michael Sauer did the best in this game. I had a tremendous amount of fun playing this campaign and hope to again create one that I can truly enjoy.
Final Note: While I do not mind at all if you USE the technologies on the above webpages, please be kind and CITE who the author is (usually me). All fiction and additional write ups are copy written and NOT available for dissemination or publication for any other source! Thanks again and enjoy…..Damon
PS: None of this would be available except for the unceasing efforts
of Troy Cash (thanks Troy!!!).
